Q. Can I see the island in a day?
A: To really explore the island, you need 2 or more days.
Q. Can I get a one-night stay?
A: In season and holidays, there is generally a 2 or more night minimum stay requirement for advance bookings. Cancellations and unsold rooms sometimes open up 1 night opportunities at the last minute. One nights are easier to get off-season, before Memorial Day
and after Labor Day.
Q. How do I get to the island?
A. See our Travel guide.
Q. In which town should I stay?
A. See our description of the Towns.
Q. Who has the most economical rates during high season?

below $150+ tax per night are the first to go.
Q. I'm planning a trip for a special event (weddings, reunions, meetings)?
A. See our guide for planning a Wedding or call R.S.V.P. Martha's Vineyard
for help with group accommodations and places to look for rooms with 2
